Reflex Reflectors

A Reflex Reflectors production mold is specifically intended for the manufacture of high-precision reflexs in vehicles, bicycles, and road safety. It would normally consist of cavity and core inserts (for shaping the reflex), ejection system (for simplified removal of finished products), cooling channels (to control temperature and avoid defects), and gate system (for injecting molten plastic into the mold). Such molds are constructed using high-grade steel or aluminum to make them durable and accurate for mass production.
